This book presents a selection of the presentations that were made in Dar es salaam Tanzania on March 8 – 10, 2018 during the international forum on “Women and Sustainable Development in Africa” sponsored by French Academy of Sciences, Network of African Science Academies (NASAC), The Tanzania academy of sciences (TAAS), Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD), l’IRD, Sanofi Espoir Foundation and the Inter-Academy Partnership.
