Dr. Sc in 1992 from catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, Mahouton Norbert Hounkonnou is a full Professor of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin Republic. His works deal with noncommutative and nonlinear mathematics including differential equations, operator theory, coherent states, quantization techniques, orthogonal polynomials, special functions, graph theory, nonassociative algebras, nonlinear systems, noncommutative field theories and geometric methods in Physics.

Pr. Rajaâ Cherkaoui El Moursli is a full-time Professor of Physics at the Faculty of Sciences, Mohammed V University in Rabat and a member of the Hassan II Academy of Science and Technology, Morocco. She worked as a head of the Laboratory for Nuclear Physics (1996-2017). She was Vice-President for Research, Innovation, Cooperation and Partnership of Mohammed V University (2013 – 2017).

Title: Professor
Irvy (Igle) Gledhill holds a BSc and BSc (Hons) from Rhodes University and a PhD in plasma physics from the University of Natal, South Africa. She worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of California, Los Angeles, on plasma physics, and at Stanford University on Space Shuttle physics.
For 30 years, she specialised in transonic computational fluid dynamics in aeronautics at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, South Africa.
Emerita Prof. Isabella Akyinbah QUAKYI

Brief Biodata: Emerita Prof. I. A. Quakyi specializes in Immunology, Parasitology and Public Health. University of Ghana (UG). Her research and teaching over the past four decades focused on malaria immunity, immunoparasitology, immunopathology, immunodiagnosis, autoimmunity, molecular immunology and vaccine development.

Dr. Jean Claude Autrey is the Chancellor of the University of Mauritius, the General Secretary of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists, the Chair of the Board of Directors, Bonsucro (London), Member of the Board of Directors, Mauritius Institute Biotechnology, Chairperson of the MSIRI/MCIA R&D Committee, Chairman ACP Committee on Sugar and its Scientific Advisory Group, Member of Council of the Mauritius Academy of Science and Technology. He has spent most of his career as a researcher on sugarcane and other crops and have served in this area for more than 55 years. He has more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific papers and more than 150 expert reports. He has worked in 22 countries in Africa.

Prof. Bousmina is the current Chancellor of the Hassan II Academy of Science and Technology in Morocco and also serves as the President of the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez the responsible of the Euromed University project. At the request of the Moroccan government, he established the Institute of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology in Rabat in 2008 and serves as its Director General.
